Tempest's Heart Bugs

• What is your character name in New World: Elesch
• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Barri
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: 1) In Tempest’s Heart Expedition I cannot eneter void portals, despite other party members have no troubles with passing them. 2) After finishing Tempest’s Heart Expedition main storyline quest “The Heart of Tempest” doesnt update/completes/
• Is this a bug? Definetly
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: cant finish expedition, cant finish main storyline quest
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: dont have video, screenshot wont show that i cannot go through void portals in expedition.
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I dont know, I dont want to reproduce it.
• When did this happen? 17/09/22 ~23.30 CEST

Unfinished quest, achievement confirming I did finish the expedition.

I would assume maybe it didnt count up the last boss as I was unable to enter thru void portal to neither second to last boss nor last boss itself.
