Territory balance idea

Simple idea: For each territory a faction controls over 4 territories they lose 5 players attacking another territory or defending one of theirs.

So for example, if Covenant controls 8 territories they can only attack/defend a territory with 30 players (-5x4=-20 for extra zones.)

Yeah this is not a good idea as it can be heavily abused. It incentives Factions to throw wars on defense. You could also give crappy territories to the top faction on purpose and then easily take windsward.

That’s assuming Forts didn’t become a serverwide mosh pit in Windsward/Everfall.
