Territory influence exploit. 0-100 in 5 seconds

We did not end up declaring, so I am not sure if you are on the same server as us. We are Cantahar.

Server - Vourukasha
Guild Exploiting - Emerald Vanguard (Marauders)
They did it to Windsward last night and theyre doing it to Brightwood today. 5% per turn in.

This happened on our server aswell.

Server: EU Tupia
Faction: Covenant
Territory: First Light

On my server we’ve had teams of 30-50 all turn in the quests together and move the needle by 30-40%.

IF you cap the fort and then turn in, and NOBODY on the other side does a turn in, a run of about 50 people can cap 50% in one turn in - we confirmed that yesterday.

So if you’re seeing 80-100% in a single turn in, somebody’s doing something and the smart move is to file a report and refuse to trigger the war.

Yes please fix this issue. The company I’m in can barely maintain against 10 people. When we go do our pvp quests together as company so were usually at least 50 strong. This is happening on server Vourukasha (west).

Happened on El Dorado as well. Has anybody seen any official response to this exploit or is it working as intended?

You are lying, i usually do faction PvP missons with 40-60 people and can get 25-35% in one run

He’s not lying. We just had a handful of people on Ferri turn in go from 55% to 100% in 13 minutes and they are the dominant faction with no fort bonus while we were also questing.

This is real and needs to be addressed. My server has had 3 wars declared in the past 4 hours.

Kinda wondering if we’ll get anything back about this, this is feeling like Archeage with folx not sure what is intended and what’s an oops, if this is as intended it seems maybe the % is off.

So a dev going to respond or just try to ignore this crap and hope it goes away? You need to freeze and cancel all wars atm till you get this figured out.

They wont, cuz there is a bug that doesn’t allow people to declare war too.

for some, we have a war declared on us by some one using the bug/exploit

he wasn’t responding to you he was responding to Taylor97 who’s company used the bug/exploit to the point that they are attempting to do damage control and deny that they repeated took advantage of the exploit like they did. I’m on sarragalla like they are. it was rediculous… the sarragalla marauders weren’t the only company using the exploit… they were just by far the worst offenders on the sarragalla server.

We’ve been running teams of 5 to 20 all day long, against 2 people (both of whom have been reported)… and we’re losing ground despite having the tower…

This exploit has got to be patched.

Replicated by using an auto clicker. Click rapidly enough using 3rd party software and the quest will turn in multiple times.

Official response from Amazon … “Working As Intended”

I still think the “rating” is fucked up right now honnestly…

But overall this mecanic is pretty bad, it kills the open world pvp simple as that…
If you have no chance to defend by doing quests, then people will just stop to do pvp in the open world. Especially if only 5 - 10 people can one shot 0% - 100% by doing 1 pvp quest run.
Not to mention it’s not fun at all to defend the territory, call people to do so just to notice it’s 5 guys only doing their pvp quest (some don’t even want to attack the city but just earn faction points…)

Could have been understandable if it was in relation with the faction size to balance the game so smallest faction can still do something.

Can you make a dedicated thread for this or link one so we can upvote it?

So is this the reason we can’t raise the player count or allow people to join their friends on maxed servers now? Or even allow region transfers to be honest, because the game is balanced and running as is to give a pity timer for a single person to push a guild into war. It sounds great honestly thinking about it, a game where it encourages guilds to defend their territory to lose it to a single person that could be minimal level for that area. Great job Amazon you played yourself got your money and not listening to the consumers.

So the moral of the story is only claim a territory if you like fighting wars/invasions every single day.
