AGS i understand the reasoning for the economy shutdown, but territory owners need to be compensated for this, especially the low pop servers barely managing their territories. On my server, we own EF and we average about 220k-240k a period and are currently the trade hub making more than any other territory, WW being a close second. We are essentially the only territory that can reliably provide people with the crafting stations to make anything because our server doesnt have the economy to support multiple T5 settlements. On top of that, we get absolutely decimated by invasions (which is a whole other topic with the frequency and difficulty of them) losing about 7-8 upgrades at a time which cost between 50-70k to repair. So on a good week were barely making a profit, and on a bad week we are bleeding money. This is the second time this has happened and last time our company had to pay the difference out of our own pockets to pay the bills. We cant make a reasonable amount of money since OPR is basically non-existent on low pop servers. There needs to be a way to fix this, we are desperately waiting for merges, but the longer it goes on, the more people we lose and it snowballs. PVPers are long gone and soon the PVE crafting crowd will go too if we cant maintain our settlements.
