Why cant this be done? it feels so bad to get downgraded due to you stopping us from paying taxes.
This is a even bigger problem on low pop server where there is few towns that are active. Monarch lost T5 smelter and T4 Kitchen just now.
Are we going to be compensated for this?

As of right now there is no information about getting compesated for this issue but I will ask them to check if there is anything I can do for you.

While you’re at it, can you have them come and say that every day player who just lost all of their trading post fees or a prorated housing tax since we couldn’t make any money while the trading post is down? There so many better options.
