I was wondering why my icestorm would suddenly stop sometimes and I realized it was happening whenever I switched to my fire staff. Then I stripped down only equipped the weapons only, cleared my talent tree and casted ice storm. I was able to switch weapons and ice storm persisted. Then I went through one by one until I reached “Punishing Storm” talent and the issue occured.
“Punishing storm” is arguably the most important part of that ability’s tree so please fix this! I’ve also tried this with other weapons like the rapier and spear and they same issue occured.
Don’t forget to check the Known Issues List to see if your issue is currently being worked on by the dev team.
