Whenever I’m in town or run up along another player I’ve noticed that I have texture rendering in slowly. It usually takes about a few seconds before the texture sets in when I am close to it and the camera is in close. It mostly affects faction flags, NPC’s, players and their armor, and certain assets like refinery workshops. I don’t think I was having this issue during beta, this is something new that has come to my attention. It shouldn’t be a hardware issue as well. I have an RTX 3080 Ti OC, 16 GB ram, Directx 12 and an i7-7800X. I have also noticed though that the game itself is pulling 84% of memory with very high power usage, is this normal? I talked to other people that told me their memory usage is so much lower than what I’m pulling. I have my setting at very high and max resolution.
I too have the same exact problem and I’ve seen other threads reporting this issue starting with the latest patch.
There are quite a few people reporting this so it’s a bit sad we didn’t even get a confirmation that this has been passed on to the devs. It’s clearly an issue with the latest patch that affects users.

Maybe the patch before? I have been having this problem for like a week now its really irritating when you have tried everything on your end and can’t get ahold of technical support.
Do you have a link to other post? Maybe I can find a way to troubleshoot it.
Its normal, yeah. NW is keeping save min 8 Gb ram for himself. How mutch the game is really using it depends on variety things, for example when u visiting new areas ur ram cache is getting fullier.
I’m having the same issue. 3080ti, i9 9900k, and textures load just like in the screenshots above. I tried reinstalling the game, drivers, changing settings in GeForce and in-game. Nothing fixes the issue.
Its the game appearently, there is another post of someone having it worse than this. I’m just going to take a break till hopefully one day they get to it and fix the problem. I do enjoy playing the game but I didnt just buy this card to play Runescape lol.
