Texture / Shadow loading bug (?)

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing:

Textures seem to load SUPER slowly and dropping the framerate to below 10 fps when loading new areas. The shadows usually only get loaded after maybe 1 minute or more. Before the latest couple of updates everything was fine and there were barely any FPS drops below 30 - 40 when there were lots of people in the city.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug, if it’s not then the devs murdered the game / my pc with the game :slight_smile:
  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It broke it
  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Absolutely not

My System:

i5 7600k
GTX 970 msi
8gb ddr4 ram
game is on a m.2 ssd by crucial

My PC seems to work perfectly fine in any of my tests, including playing other higher end games (such as skyrim SE, Battlefield(s), CoD, CSGO and Valorant)
