Textures not loading in New Corsica

This just started happening in the last day or 2. I leave my house in Brimstone, go near the Trade Post and either crash or a lot of the textures do not load.

AMD 3700x
Asus GeForce 2080ti
16 Gig RAM

No problem running other games. I am just reporting this, not going to troubleshoot for you.
