So, i am in a queue for about 4hours, i got dc-ed in mid queue with error message, fine whatever, it put me back in queue, finally i was 84th and i got dc again but different message: failed to join queue and it did not put me back in queue and i have to start again, and now i am 4365th, thanks a lot for wasting my time and for brilliant servers!
can i get transferred to another server? is that possible? i don’t wanna lose progress and delete my character!

You are providing nothing to the issue but whining and blaming the company as if they are responsible.
I’m a PST player on a US East server (cause all my friends are east), and I’ve NEVER run into that queue connection message.
I’m not saying it doesn’t happen, but if it’s happening that often, you’re looking more towards an internet issue, not an AmazonGames issue.

The same thing happened to me today. Queued 4 times, got d/c mid queue, once when I was 56th. This has to be fixed with highest priority as a hotfix.
What’s the point of a queue if you get d/c randomly and have to retry?
There has to be a way for the server to save your position and once you get d/c, if you reconnect within 5min, it should resume where you left of. Wasting 4 hours to get into the game and still being in queue is not ok.

Yesterday I went through the login twice and got into the game without any errors. Today got the error 4 times. I think it’s server side.
Some of my friends said, there’s a higher chance to get the error if you alt-tab. I still think any error message should be adresses.

Obviously you are not in a large guild that has been together for many years and have chosen a server designated by your guild/company/friends.

Umm They are responsible… They set up the servers and extensively tested them in Alpha and closed and open beta.

I’m not sure why people think I’m not saying this issue shouldn’t be fixed.
I don’t think it should be an issue… but like I had said… it’s not an issue that me or any of my friends have run into extensively. We’re all in different areas geologically and we’re all on different internet plans. None of us are running into it so, sorry but it seems like the servers are pretty stable… at least on our world.

It was confirmed to be an issue and they are working on it.
