Before any “customer support agent” copypastes here the info about how to report botting in game I must say this bot was reported in game hundreds of times.
This bot runs the route from Cutlass Keys to the east picking up all iron, oil and beeswax on its way.
It runs the route 24/7/365 , stopping only to sell the stuff at TP in Cutlass.
The first time I saw it it was level 40-something, now he is lvl 60!!!
I repeat: this bot was reported hundreds of times in game yet AGS customer support puppets do nothing to ban it.
Please do your freaking job and get this bot removed ASAP.
I do understand you want to report a player in-game and your frustration, bots do ruin the game experience we are working hard to eliminate this issue everyday.
Like mentioned by my colleagues several times the best way to combat this is to report it in-game reporting system i do understand sometimes it takes time but rest assure our team is working tirelessly to make sure to review each report manually.

That cant be the truth. Your collegues (or is it a collegue?) need to step up the work! None of my reported bots have been banned. They are still online, fishing, mining, gathering motes. You need to step up, take care of the bots and ban them.
(As a bonus they will buy new accounts and you get to sell more copies of your game.)

So what does it mean? Something like “your ingame reports are useless”, but I recommend you to use em?
We see a lot of BOTs who running everywhere, they running for not been weeks but monthes. And you wasting time to post this reply, that tell us to use the ingame report system, which is not the way to report bots by your own words instead of finally check when the first report on this players was created, and how much times its was really “manually checked” from that date?
as i see it all these reports that have been done dosent help anything since on my server there are more bots than real players and some of them are already lvl 60 and theey are still onlinee every day.
for every day i login and se these bots i hat it more and more that AGS dont do anything about it and at this point i am really closee to just stop playing the game because it isnt fun anymore.
I personally stopped reporting Bots. Looking at my blocked list, pretty much all of the Bots I reported are still online weeks after I reported them. Some of them I reported before the November Update and they’re still happily running the same automated routes farming motes and other resources. Reporting is pointless.
AGS has lost the War against Bots and the damage to the economy is irreversible at this point.
I understand I am just trying to do my best to help regarding this issue unfortunately, we as customer service do not have access to the tools to ban a player it is handled by a different team who reviews the reports i have also forwarded your concern to them.
it dosent help at all since i already have reported them so many times and as i previous wrote some are already lvl 60 and yet nothing have been done about it.

this isnt an attack towards you or any support but as i see it this destroy the fun for real players and at this point for every day i login and see these bots i hate the game more and more since nothing is done about it and my patience is close to 0 at this point.
also one more thing:
i have only once used live support and got told that AGS was understaffed which explain why nothing have been done so why not hire some more people instead?
Yes, “report in game is the best way” has been repeated over and over again yet more posts of high level bots that are not banned keep getting posted and these bots have allegedly been reported multiple times in game with no action being taken against them. Hence why players feel they should report it on the forums so that action might actually be taken.
On absolutely all servers on this route, dozens of BOTs run around the clock daily and around the clock. Bifrost server community writes REPOST hundreds of complaints but nothing happens!!! BOT are already competing against each other for a resource it’s ridiculous!!! When will the game administration take action??? when will the world be cleared of BOT???
I’m sorry but the reporting system is next to ineffective. I have players that I reported when they were still in the starting area that are now level 60 and still appear online when I look at my blocked list. These are players that were reported more than a month ago.
These aren’t random players, these are players that have names like ggkd1, ggkd2, ggkd3 add infinitum. They are players that have no faction tag and no company that run the same routes every single day.
All anyone at AGS has to do is login to the game and either watch any one of the starting areas or watch the outposts in the same territories to see how bad it is. Charcoal is being bought on buy orders for .10-.15 on Orofena so the botters just farm young trees to convert.
I understand that “it takes time” but given the nature of the parent company that oversees this games development I would think that flagging even a handful of these accounts would help cut botting dramatically. Monitoring the software that is found to be running on their systems would presumably turn up fingerprints of the botting software, which AGS could then use to develop counters or to auto flag accounts through the anti-cheat software.
Will this completely end botting in the game? Absolutely not because the software developers would rewrite the botting program each time. However by continually monitoring the obvious bots and taking appropriate, nearly instant action such as IP bans, some VPN bans and software counters it will reduce them to a much lower percentage of the actual player base than it is now.
Sorry but again, the reporting system just does not work or we aren’t seeing enough interaction with the community stating what is being done to make it worthwhile to spend hours reporting every day.
None of my reported bots have Never been banned. Never ever! Where do I send my application for joining the bot-wipe-squad? You need some serious help to get the pest out of your game. You are either lying or just bad at what you do. What is the problem? Under staffed? Bad programming?
Either fix the bot problem or otherwise allow it so I can compete at the same terms. I can’t play for 24/7 but the bots can. I can’t run the exact same path thousand of times but the bot can. I can’t have 6 accounts running to the same spot, killing the mob and looting the chest but the bot can. Pls do something. Just anything would be great. But I honestly don’t think you care at all.
At least you can stop fishing from inside a rock? Its been there for a long time, you have ny reports so you would know.
