So I made a report about bots on the amazon support website. Filled out their forms and these are the replies I got … It makes complete sense now why it takes over a month to get a bot banned from the game! They cant even sent the ticket to the correct support team!!!
The first reply telling me to report players IN GAME when those reports never get acted on!! Its amazing that the way to report people changes based on WHO you talk too! Here on the forums we are told to fill out the form on the website, but when you do they tell us to report people In Game… Where is the disconnect???
Then I received this brilliant email after replying to the last one… Do they not pay attention to where the reports come from and what game they are for? THIS INQUIRY WASNT EVEN ABOUT LOST ARK!!!

The lack of help does suck tho.
Mostly cause they have no actually way to compensate you if your game was ruined by their bugs/ glitches.
Still have no idea why.
All customer support i ever dealt with has some type of in game control. But they just grabbing your internal data for research and nothing else.
same happened to me, If you get banned and don’t cheat there is zero chance to prove it to them or zero chance to get evidence from them, you know why? cuz no one is answering
Their CS is an outsource. We’ve known this since launch. This was never going to not be a problem; we knew that at launch.
My guess is they’re bound by contract to the CS outsource. That means we’re probably fucked for another year and a half.
It’s also been my experience that they refuse to talk about these guys. I’m guessing there’s some sort of NDA clause in there, or they just don’t want to open the can of worms because they know it’s a cut cost and it’ll never change.
Yea I get those generic emails too. Even on web chat. I think it’s outsourced to like a foreign country. So they’re paid like $1 an hour just to copy and paste.

Regarding your interaction with the customer service I’m really sorry that the request was not handled in the best way, we surely know that there are improvement areas and we’re working on have them corrected on daily bases.
Regarding your concern, first thanks for taking your time and report possible bots, our main source to handle this are the In-Game reports, sometimes it feels like this is not effective however I can confirm you that the team in charge review all the reports created.
The mistake referring to Lost Ark instead of New World I would like to believe it was an honest mistake however is not a justification at any point! And once again I apologize for this.
