The attack radius of the monsters is larger than usual

Hello, I started playing on a new server and noticed that monsters attack me at a great distance running past them. An increase of about 50% of the standard.

I took off skills, took off attribute points, put on light, heavy clothes, nothing helps.

There is a character in the old world and everything works there as before. What did I do wrong here ? Or is it a bug ?
