mate they still havent delivered the “make good” for the TP outage. What chance have you got getting a few items as compo when an entire section of the player base is still waiting.
their “make good” was limited to a portion of the player base who were in companies at the time.
so many of us have already been let down by New World and its staff.
I wont be holding my breath for a entire player base make good as it appears they have since moved on.

there has been a number of developments recently (inc buffs to elites) that is a further kick to the guts of less group based players.
Its funny cause my lvl 60 mate was saying to go farm 35 elites at lvl 50. I was like dude… Have u even tried to do that. He struggled after the patch and was like ah ok guess you wont be able to farm exp like we did initially.
I guess that the main problem of this guy is not a missing item, but the way You would try to solve it. Even if it is too early for his support ticket, it still doesn;t change the whole email You sent to him. Those instructions and requirements are riddiculous, and the main goal of this thread is to You - change it.
This is just one person. Imagine tousands making tickets, and receving such a stupid instructions to solve the problem that You as devs actually made (!).
It would be massacre on the forum.
So please re-read the posts, and focus on real problem.
Of course, I am pretty sure this guy still wants his equipments back, but as far as I understand, he was mostly pissed off of the way You tried to solve it.
Kind of like when someone reports a connection bug, and states in the very first line

And the first, often only reply (if it gets a response at all, go check out game support. It’s pretty funny seeing all the threads that get no response then locked)
This can’t actually be the official position of the company. Wait another 4 days and then contact support? You guys took things out of our inventories 2 weeks ago, why can’t you just put them back? Short of that why can’t we have a refund over this issue? Or the plethora of other issues you guys have created for us. I know you’re just the mouthpiece but this is really a pretty low class way of dealing with paying customers.
Really, guys, nobody worries that they are taking information which they don’t need to help to you? And they wont help you if you didn’t send them that information like dxdiag. Support is useless, support is scam, was created so much tickets, and didn’t get any solution, NEVER. I think New World’s support is bot software, which is answering you with templates, and when the bot is in dead end, somebody going to answer you.
