This can’t actually be the official position of the company. Wait another 4 days and then contact support? You guys took things out of our inventories 2 weeks ago, why can’t you just put them back? Short of that why can’t we have a refund over this issue? Or the plethora of other issues you guys have created for us. I know you’re just the mouthpiece but this is really a pretty low class way of dealing with paying customers.

Really, guys, nobody worries that they are taking information which they don’t need to help to you? And they wont help you if you didn’t send them that information like dxdiag. Support is useless, support is scam, was created so much tickets, and didn’t get any solution, NEVER. I think New World’s support is bot software, which is answering you with templates, and when the bot is in dead end, somebody going to answer you.

Well i can tell you, that Chris Robert listen more to their Community than Amazon does. Thats why Star Citizen only get developed by CIG, and no other studio which can push an release.
Ive spended like 1500 euro in Star Citizen and every update looks better and nicer. CIG do things with pyschics which any dont do. Ye, its still in development, and it will be minimal 3 years more till 2024. Triple XXX games takes long to make.

Finally got it but turns out they lied about it being the highest tier you have acquired. 4/5 pieces were T5 at 480+ and the set I got in return is a T4 capped at 500.
Well got my chest, unfortunately it’s all GS 400 and 3.8%. Thought I had some higher than that too but I can’t see it because it was well I guess deleted somewhere during a keystroke mishap update.
