Yeah, not sure if 100 focus effects salvage chance as opposed to quantity.
i doubt the chances tho, and i really dont know anything where u salvage tons to be honest.
Speaking of… The non PvP aspects of focus have always been questioned.
Inn recall reduction is useless now as the game has changed drastically. Focus can be re-engineered to supplement fishing AND this new salvage system.

should maybe change it into 25% chance to harvest a fibre ( anything where u harvest ) instantly

Its not a strictly PVP game, nor can you make alot of money from just pvp content. If you want money, you gotta do at least the basic - run dungeons. I dont spend hours farming, I run dungeons, do cooldowns, and spend the rest of the time being a terrible pvper. I have 95k in the bank right now. Highest I have ever had was 150k. I settle for “bis” stats on purple gear, and eventually through pvp track or opr chests I have gotten quality legendaries. I do agree everyone charges too much for these “bis” items, but from what I have seen after the patch, weapons and armor are abundant and usually priced much cheaper. Unless you want the top tier items. Even then, double check the rest of the market. More than likely somebody else is selling the item you want or close to it for much cheaper. Dont rely on what everyone else calls bis. Make something your own bis. Im rambling.

Please enlight me, as a Bow player refreshing is a really good perk because bow skills CD are insane . Freedom or refreshing evasion could be better but refreshing isn’t conditional so I rather get refreshing than RE, this is a personal choice. RE is more efficient if you dodge every time you over 40 stam but it’s one more thing to think in a fight while refreshing apply instantly.
I din’t say it was a bad piece, it’s defenetly a good one tho not quit BIS why ? Beacause the game doesn’t offer much time frame to kill someone since we have lot of mobility / I frame therefore it’s better to out put quick stronger burst than consistent so having something that allow for greater burst dmg (attunement or something is better) i belive you can farm a vicous + vorpal bow from a named enemie in ebonscale reach.
But again this isn’t a bad piece, if AGS one day add some utility to bow it would even be a great one.
it really depends on how you play.
im sure RE is far more effecint if you are dancing the entire time. but for the bow you only get the 15% bonus damage every 6 seconds.
for spear you are already on low AF cooldowns but you are going to be dodging constantly so RE is probably still better for it.
but regardless its a 3 good perks on a correctly weighted piece. i hate the split con on it but thats a personal preference its still 100% great piece.

yeah there are obvious ways to make cash (and its kinda sad that a lot dont really look too deep into it consider its like the only major thing left to do in this game) but people want to actually play. extreme gold economy shouldn’t be the end all be all of all focus of this game.
its new world not new economy simulator.
(its fine if people want to focus on the money making game.
but its not the only game. its fine for people to want to focus on other things besides the fact that its barred behind extreme RNG and or raw cash. the update fixed a bit of the RNG so that is a good thing)

Tbf being able to adjust and use the brain power should be present in every life situation.
If people are unable to do so then natural selection kicks in.
This game is giving the opportunity for amazing sandbox gameplay yet people want cheap solutions and you have to give it to them. This is a really weird attitude and everyone was saying they are here for fun so why not use the fun/individual approach then?
its not a life situation. its a game. this is the disconnect.
sure its a job for some people some people take things WAY seriously and far but at the end of the day those are far and few between vs just people that want to play a game.

Everything you do is a life situation so you are either human and you understand that your goal is to get better and more skilled or as I said natural selection.
Not absorbing any knowledge with time or not getting better at something is not having fun but becoming a wet cardboard box.
You don’t need to absorb every single detail you don’t need to study every single follicle on the foreskin of this game to enjoy it.
games are an escape. its entertainment. not work.
you dont need to be an expert in deep space astroligy to enjoy the stars, you dont need to be a top 10 best seller to enjoy a book, you dont need to have deep seated knowlage of market movements to use the Trading post, you dont need to be a GP tornament contender to enjoy magic the gathering, you dont need to understand the harmonic complexities to enjoy music. sure you should try and learn a little bit of it and sure you need to know that left click makes the swinging motion with the sword and holding left click makes it take longer but does more damage, you should know how to open the map or use the friends list. but turning every situation in your life in to a life and death situation where know every detail is akin to natural selection is a bit silly man.

Yeah we can agree to disagree on that.
I personally find a lazy attitude to be too far and too extreme as deep down inside everyone should at least partially want to get better and learn something.
I never said you have to be the best at everything but you must be eager to absorb the knowledge otherwise you are as I said becoming a wet cardboard box.
So yes everything we do is a life situation that we must get better at.
Receiving everything on a silver platter is not fun neither it is rewarding so we will disagree on that.
id argue its a matter of perspective.
yeah just being given 2mil a week wouldnt make for a fun or intresting time. great for the first few payouts but then you have everything and have very little to do. everyone is getting it so everyone has gear now and can just play the game. the pvp content is not good enough to hold peoples interest and they move on.
but look at it from the other angles. there is nothing lazy about a top tier pvper that studied every mechanic learned every crunch winning every fight getting dick all from the pvp track, the opr caches, or war crates. they worked hard for that shit but get ziltch.
same with top tier pve dungeon runners killing gen in 10 minutes a run. getting dick all constantly from drops with one person maybe getting bis to sell. they nailed every aspect, every route every min maxed proper build and arent getting properly rewarded.
these sorts of situation isnt a matter of being lazy or not. peoples time doing the things they want to do in a sandbox game isnt being rewarded.
a lot of it has gotten FAR better. true sellable bis pieces are still ridiculously priced. everything else under that is at a reasonable price someone can work towards with a reasonable amount of gaming time effort now. (basic farming or dungeons or pvp track rewards)

Also, let’s get back to my main statement that was 35k/2h easily and this is not even bis gear but being able to understand the game mechanics and being able to foresee which things are going to be needed at the current state.
I even gave the gentleman the area on where to look and he still wanted the exact item with locations and so on.
This is ridiculous at its prime, simple laziness and cheap excuses of “bro I have no time to watch 15mins of guide to figure this out because I have a life”.
Well, apparently he does not as he wasted more time crying than actually doing stuff and research so yes please don’t come down on me with this weird, hippie agenda.
