i tend to agree, except last night was a real struggle to fill our 5th spot for mutator run and even free arena spot. no to mention OPR never happened. need a few merges (i really dont want a high pop server - Goldilocks seems to be 500 avg at night)
So you make a game, I pay you for the game, you break it over and over with updates and then get annoyed when Im mean to you for trashing your own game? bro customer is always right no? fix your shit or don’t advertise it at launch like its a functional game.
While I agree with what you are saying here, I think we can all agree that there are areas that need improvement. Crafting as an example has to be one of the worst experiences of the game. It does take FOREVER to FARM all the materials to max crafting (I like where its at. It shouldnt be easy) then gather more to try and make gear that turns out to get quite garbage. It would be much better imo if they got rid of daily timers for the legendary materials. ANYWAYS!
In general, I love the game. I cant wait to see where it goes. It will take time. WoW wasnt built in a day, New World wont be either.
Only thing that bothers me with New World is the combat system feeling unfinished and poorly balanced. I dont know if thats from the “classless” design, or just straight lacking balance between weapons / weight classes.
Looking at the drop in player count many have and continue to do so. This should be alarming for AGS and those that want the game to stick around. Telling people to leave does more harm than good. People that are still here and vocal about changes are still invested. Those numbers you see dropping as people leave and give up are the people that are doing exactly what you and OP are asking for.
My favorite tears are the ones falling from the red swollen eyes of the cheaters. It’s prime time drama. The best part is when they pretend to be the victim, beg for sympathy, and demand that the bans are lifted immediately.
You do know the real cheaters/exploiters have already bought another account and are working to find the next exploit, right? Those people you talk about are real legitimate players who got banned because of no fault of their own.
Lets see the proof that their bans are justified.
Police don’t just arrest people on the base that they can’t proof their innocence.
years ago a friend of mine got banned from WoW, he appealed it and they got back to him with the exact date, time, place and violation as for the reason he got banned. None of these ‘we can’t discuss’ bullcrap.
