On November 16, after disabling the functionality of home decor, when trying to move the dog from inventory to the warehouse, it disappeared. I did not apply before, because I thought that after the update, everything will return to its place. I don’t remember the exact name of the item. I don’t remember the exact time. This was after turning off the functionality of the Home Furniture 16-day.11-mounth.2021-year
PS. Enter at least a Russian-speaking support. The Russian-speaking population on the planet is 250 +++ million. This is more than Poles, Italians and Germans combined

My apologies to hear about the experience you encountered. This could be a possible bug, however, just to make sure please follow the next steps:
Run a Steam file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
- Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.
