i think it should be on daylie reset timer not on fixed timer per character

Can abuse daily reset timer. 22hr’s is good because those players that can only get on limited don’t have to wait an extra 24hrs before they can go again. 24hrs is to much.
How is a daily reset abusable? You’re still getting to loot the chest only once a day. Except you now have the freedom to do it at the time of the day that works best for you instead of needing to do it at the same specific time every day.

It should simply reset at a preset time instead of having any cooldown at all.

Agree 100% with the OP. I’d like to schedule a daily run with guildies at a set time. 22 hours still means you’re only doing these once a day.

I was about to make a post with the same concept, anywhere from 18-20 hr cooldown to allow for differences in real life responsibilities day to day.
24 hours causes an unforgiveable time creep.
I would also support the concept of a set time of day reset too.

I would prefer a daily reset time as well.
Only potential problem is if people game the system to zerg elite chests right before the reset, thereby looting the same spot twice in a small window of time.
I dont have an issue with this though, its the same amount of loot overall, just condensed to fit someone’s playtime/style.

Why would you want a fixed timer on something globally that can be farmed by several individuals on their own, instead of letting it be an individual personal timer?
Makes no sense to me, the suggestion is to reduce the amount of time from 24 to 22, I can see the sense in that, but rather reduce it to 23 hours and 30 minutes or 23 hours at the very least.
However making it a global timing to reset for everyone will actually ruin more than it will fix

What’s wrong with a global daily reset at midnight? How does that adversely affect anyone? Some people will have different hours they play each day - perhaps early evening one day, and late evening the next. Remembering the exact hour that you looted each chest is also a pain.
I can’t see anything wrong with a global reset timer at midnight server time, I think it’d be better for everyone.

Chests should display how much time is left on the cool down when attempting to loot.

Any CD should be at fixed timing say 0000hrs, so that people who are busy and online at 2200hrs can still complete some dailies.
