If you put 300 Strength, 150 Intelligence is left with only 50 cons. The big question is a Fire/Ice mage has the comfort of 200 cons, an archer has the comfort of 200 cons, a musket has the comfort of 100m away from its target. And Blunderbuss?

300 int 50 str is more than enough dmg.
The comfort of bb is burst dmg and fort cap every 30 seconds.
Blunderbuss has 1.15 scale on crit, uses strength and intelligence, does not take advantage of any strength perk, there is no other strength and intelligence weapon, has base attack damage 6%less than a musketand 8% less a bow. You may have your theories, but numbers doesn’t lie.
