The game crashes when I enter in the world with a specific character

I posted this 7 days ago but no one helped me. I still can’t play with my main character…

• What is your character name in New World:
  Suedeye
• What server/world did you experience your issue on:
  Pollux EU
• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  I teleported from First light to my house in Windsward and my game crashed. Since that moment everytime I try to enter in the world the game crashes. I tried to enter with my other character (Neiman Ahtar) in another server (Pulotu EU) and I can enter without any problem.
• Is this a bug or an exploit:
  Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
  I can’t play with my main character
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:

I appreciate the fast answer. If it helps I can see the “position” on the loading screen before the game crashes and it is as follows: [9367.966, 2717.263, 90.081].
