In order to fix it, you have to press WIN+CTRL+SHIFT+B every time. I updated the drivers, reinstalled Windows, 4 computers at home, the problem is on those where RTX 3060 and 3070 ti video cards. There is no such problem on 1060 6gb video cards.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\

I found a solution to this problem. In the NVIDIA settings, in the “Vertical sync pulse” option, you need to put “use 3D application setup”. I had “FAST”, and this was the reason for the game to hang when the window was minimized.
