I have a problem with the game probably in the last 4 weeks and i contact many times the online support but unfortunately without any results. Even they open a ticket but with no results.
So let me interduce you, my problem. When i teleport from town to town my game crash. Without any signs and errors, just crash. When i try to log in and i reach the window with my character and click “Play” the game start the loading screen and probably exactly before to connect it again crash. When i try to log in 6-7 times finally it gives me some error message for reporting but and I can click “yes” or “cancel”. Every time i am clicking “yes”.
Even I reinstall the Steam launcher and the whole game but without any success. I also update my video card but again without any results. Also, i update the windows and did all support information on the website but again with no results.
That is my last chance to try to do something, so i can play the game cause obviously the support team cannot help me almost 4 weeks.
Please if someone face such a problem to share information what he did it to fix it.
Thank you for asking! After i delete the game for 3rd time and install finally i can get into the game after 3 long weeks.
I will test it today and we will see if the crashing is stopped.
I was in contact with the support for last two weeks and nothings happen. The forum was my last try.
Unfortunately, I did not play the game cause of some bug or whatever last 3 weeks, so I am quitting the game and probably will not come back. It is great game but for me was only waste of money and time. Very bad experience for a new player like me…
