My indigo flame which I was using, is gone after logging in just now.
Derp my bad new icon. Guess I should have read the names more closely.

Well, i tried live chat amazon support… after i unlink & link the accounts still nothing happened.

Same here, reported as bug and seen many others reported it as well. Till so far no luck at all and still not received it. All other drops worked fine but now…
Mine disappeared after the patch. I don’t see any icon for it.
Hi, all the drops so far i received them without any problems as well, and also never had issues with them prime loot gaming every month they released something i claimed it & was receive it in game. Simple as that. Only issue is this drop for some reason and support is not helpfull enough (all can do is re-link accounts, that’s it, but not that is the issue). Anyway, they should not release such bs in future if is not working.
Update: i might have an idea why this is bugged, since the drop is available & limited for certain streamers only maybe that’s the bug coding issue, idk, maybe should look there. I don’t mind skip miss on this but the way is handle (is not) is meh.

Very annoying. You’d hope Amazon could stay on top of its own services Prime Loot etc… If they can’t get it to work themselves how is it going to work for any other publishers.
I find contacting support for this game to be very frustrating. They will ask you to fill out a bunch of information they already know in a way that would make one kind of suspicious as to why they are asking. If it’s not in an automated system why should I give out to personal and other identifying information over chat to someone who is probably working from home on questionably secured equipment in India? It’s just not a professional experience. There should be a genuine web ticket system like any serious MMORPG has.

I will recheck it again in few but i’m sure i didn’t see the name either, in Lost Ark atm & can’t run both games because of the useless EAC gg.
