Yes the boss despawns during the fight and never comes back, you can attempt the fight once after the server has been restarted with the weekly maintenance.
Or until they fix the problem at last

I have the same problem on the Kukku ( SA ) server, and also with Mozrul for hammer quest.
Same problem exists on Vingolf. No spawn yet. I have never seen this boss in weeks of looking in this tower. It’s just empty up top.
Got the same issue on Nembus. How long can it take to fix these bugged bosses. People cant even do the little content in this game because of these dumb bugs…
