I have the luck perk on every piece of armor i own, including my bags amulet and ring, totaling 12% + in luck total, i am also a level 36 with a gear score of 370 and yet when i am farming a boss or opening chests i get nothing better than an uncommon or a potion. I have spent over 4 hours farming bosses, anyone know what the issue is?
Certain items need a level requirement to get from bosses. If you dont meet the level requirement it wont ever drop.

Xibbas is correct. I’ve recently started getting new stuff from my gear or a change in behavior of my tools every 50 levels of skill regardless of luck. Luck around end game will be where it’s at feels like the only way to increase the drop rate.
