The Mark - Dropped as Not Named?

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Isn’t this supposed to drop as a Named item? At least NWDB says so

Isn’t this supposed to drop as a Named item?

The named version currently isn’t marked as dropping on NWDB. It’s possible that that’s a bug.
