The missing npg "Gomes Estebanita", quest "Deceptive Weapons"

Hello! I have a problem with the npg “Gomes Estebanita”, there is not in the true sense of the word, for the secondary quest “Deceptive Weapons”.
I have this problem with both of my pg, on two different servers.

What is the name of your character in the New World: MagoRibelle (Betelgeuse world) and Palladiumm (Aepyornis world)
On which server / world did you encounter your problem: Betelgeuse and Aepyornis
Describe the problem you are having: I have an active quest in the city of the promontory of the Monarca, the problem is that the npg in question (Gomes Estebanita) is not visible, as you can see from the images.
Is this a bug or exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How the problem affected your gameplay: I cannot complete the quests of this Npg.

I have this same persistent problem. My two team mates also have the same problem. Has anyone able to turn in this mission?

on 26/01/22 there was a patch, with it the npc in question reappeared, in theory it has been solved (at least for the first of the series of quests xd), try to see too
