Regarding the last patch : In the statement this morning them did explain why only the EU servers where affected. It was a specific EU database which provoked the gold inflation !!
Therefore his argumentation of a discrimination of the EU players has no legal value.
The legal principle of discrimination is absolutely legitimate.
