Too many servers needs a solution to repopulate actual fun stuff . Such as outpost rush and 3 vs 3 even mutations. I think fresh to fresh migrate might be a good idea as a start after that cross realm outpost rush and other stuff maybe.

Fate really does need this merge. I would suggest even merging the 3 lowest pop servers so that it has a 2k pop and a chance to survive. the server has probably less that 150 pvp players so wars are just not a thing as both green and yellow have less than 30 pvp players each. dungeons rarely pop from group finder and opr last for 2-3hrs a night and thats it.

This, sadly, is exactly what Legacy players endured for weeks and months, oddly enough, around this exact time last year. AGS was kind enough, at the time, to dole out a total of 2 free transfer tokens. Now however, especially the week before Christmas, and two weeks before the New Year holiday, we are unlikely to see merges take place, as many US based workers will typically take a week or two off of work during these holidays.
I do empathize with the unfortunate circumstances that the players on Fate server and other FSW servers are experiencing. I wish you all did not have to go through the same thing that many of us Legacy players also had to go through, but it seems like AGS has not adjusted their desired server population measurements to accurately reflect the experience of most players on mid-to-low population servers.

We were hopeful on a merge before Christmas but I doubt it will happen before any festive daysā¦ A lot of players are going to quit over this sadly. Just nothing to do in this server, along with many other serversā¦
if you wait till christmas ends all the people who are on holiday atm gonna quit this game because of dead servers. WTB DEVS (or anyone who can help)

Pretty cool to see all these threads. All I can really think is ātold you soā whenever someone complains about FSS populations.
I donāt feel bad for them at all. They asked for servers without any type of merges and transfers and they got exactly what they wanted. Let them suffer from their own idea since they thought they knew better than people that actually play the game.

WTB everything instanced cross region. Including Trading post. Enough with these damn server merges. You were warned during alpha, beta and at release that this server system would be a major ass in the butt for your players and yet you decided to launch a game that still needed a year, if not two years of additional work before launch.

I do believe they asked for servers without merging to Legacy. Altho I do think most donāt really care. You make this comment based on people crying about gold dupes on Legacy. Not people that just want to play the game on a decent pop server.

i mean for the ppl stuck on low pop servers it kinda is a ded gaem though. ppl canāt even put together a group large enough to do the event content thatās pretty much definition of ded.
as to what the other poster is saying is instead of band aiding the game w merges the devs need to move forward on making every aspect of the game cross server instance.
ie each server is its own node but the game exists as one large single server in terms of not just opr and mutation
but also economy, meaning you can trade across all servers as well.
it would certainly eliminate the rmt backend service that effectively creates the same thing currently through discord and low cost server transfers.

not only that but iām also on the least populated faction (greens) and iām still having my fun with my small group which i met in game, so all this crying is not helping,
OPR is infact a big issue since we only get a handful of games at peak time, economy is shit, alot of problems are present, yes we need a merge, but shit talking and saying that the players asked for this is not at all what other community members should be doing.
