Prove it. Prove you are a net loss for repair cost when repairs can be free through crafting. Prove it.
Can we first be allowed to respec our Territory bonuses? I’d like to un-choose Trading Tax discounts please.
The number of repair units required to make a Repair Kit could also stand to go down. Maybe half at least.
And then instead of crafting an entirely new kit, maybe make T3 kits = T2 + T1, T2 = T1 + T1, etcetera.
Pretty sure being able to repair higher Tier gear you need higher Tier repair kit. To repair a T4 gear you need an expert repair kit, which takes 150 repair parts and some components each. That would be equivilant of salving about 60-90 pieces of gear. And that is to repair ONE piece of gear.
You do realize that to repair my gear it takes lvl 165 in engineering, right? You do realize that master repair kits cost 300 repair parts + 3 separate mods right? When I am maxed out I can make 6 repair kits. Cool, what happens after I run through those? I have to salvage a minimum of 80 gear pieces to to make the next repair kit.
Prove…it. Prove you are a net loss for repair cost when repairs can be free through crafting. Prove it.
No gold is required to make a repair kit other than tax.
I understand that it doesn’t. But really, breaking that many pieces of gear is rather out of hand don’t you agree?
Not at all, expedition runs get me plenty. I have not paid for repair since lvl 20
You get 640 pieces of gear in an expedition run to repair? Not including wiping.
Half that yes, depths especially drops a ton of greens
Let me elaborate further to help out. So take depths for instance, green drop rate is great. Lots of people running it right now on my server. I use storage in Restless for nothing but drops. I keep myself max cap parts and when I need to make more kits, port to winds, makes some kits, pull more loot out of chest, run the dungeon a few times, rinse repeat.
Ok, you must be really lucky then. I have run Depths many times and don’t walk out will 300+ gear drops. Heck probably 20 or 30 would be closer.
I’d be surprised if salvaging 30 pieces of gear doesn’t give you 60 gold straight off the bat.
I gotta tell you, you guys need to listen to Qpac… this guy knows how to make money
To return with you’re own oft-used phrase, Prove it.
You are so full of crap dude. Lets see a screenshot of your storage full of hundreds of greens. If you are so determined for others to prove it put your money where your mouth is and show us how much gold you have, your storage and while you’re at it your engineering lvl.
Step one: buy cheap in Everfall
Step two: sell expensive in… i donno… morningdale
Step three: profit
Sorry mate, I am using prove it just as our little buddy Nuke did. It’s his turn to follow through on his phrase. I already did my proving.
Already showed proof of what I was saying above. It’s Nukes turn to show his proof. Or if you want to step in, you can instead. Why would I start bending truth now when I already showed proof of what I have said if true. It’s you nay sayers turn to show proof you are so poor by using free repair kits. I’ll sit here waiting.
Just thought I would come back and say Doing faction missions gives a massive bonus on the first 3 per day.
For example, doing Elite missions in Shattered Mountain they were netting me like 233g each. So around 700g earnings each day.
Not ridiculous but I didn’t realise it was there either!
That’s certainly not viable. Only 100 people on the server can participate in each war and you only get chosen if you’re a favorite within our faction.
It does seem a bit out of balance. Pretend you’re broke and you see your perfect Ironwood fishing pole for 5500 gold on the trade post. How would you go farm that 5500? Maybe there are other ways to earn we haven’t discovered yet. Every game I’ve ever played had a reliable way to farm ingame currency or reliable items that required farming that consistently sold for enough to be relied on. I haven’t found it in NW yet.
