no pvp changes no aoe ground effects changes, like was just discussed in your recent Q&A. all it says is leaderboards, that’s it …? hopefully a change list will be released tomorrow with the ptr patch.

It will probably all be missing on patch notes too, and still be in the PTR. They are consistently bad at communicating the correct information.
I have 2 thoughts, They either will put the patch notes out tomorrow and it will have all the weapon and armor changes they talked about, or 2 they will not upload it because they heard the backlash about nerfing light armor and perhaps looked into a bit more about what they can do, like actually nerf weapon and perk passives that make people so extremely surivable rather than nerf the light armor its self which is like 15 percent of the problem, all the perks and weapon passives are the issue. guess we will find out tomorrow.
