What server/world did you experience your issue on: Avalon

Describe the issue you are experiencing: I am attempting to do the main story quest and when I get to the quest titled The Ritual, where I have to pass through the soulwarden seal, it does not update. I have killed the guardian multiple times and have 3 heartgems in my inventory.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: dropping the quest and picking it back up multiple times as well as relogging with and without the quest in hopes it would resolve.
