  • What server/world did you experience your issue on: US East / Britannula

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Ran through Amrine, got the heatgem, went to Amrine temple, entered soulwarden altar, killed the enemies, started the ritual, did it like 5 times before it took, Quest did not advance and my heartgem is gone. Went back to Amrine and was unable to get another heartgem. Tried resetting the quest only to get to the Altar and it would not let me activate since I did not have a heartgem. And no… it is not in my storage.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cannot continue the main story quest line.

  • (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

  • What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Not a clue.

But I really do need an admin to give me the quest again to get the heartgem or to just give me one.

To be exact on the cause. The very first time I entered the Altar the quest did not advance past telling me to enter the area.

Is there a way to fix this though? I would really like to continue with the main story before my friends get too far ahead.

Can you inform us about the solving process of this bug ? There is lots of ppl havin the same problem ex. me at lvl 40 still waiting for a 25lvl quest bug to progress main quests.

So I finally managed to get it to work. I just reset the ritual quest about 10 times in a row without leaving the journal. Looked in my inventory and saw I had the heartgem.

I’d also like to know what I need to do to fix this, I’m having the same issue as above, it tells me to go in and do the ritual but won’t let me. I’ve reset the quest many times but to no avail.

I would also like to be informed when I can get this fixed also… Kya Kyper on Zugen, US East. I am almost lvl 47 and still can not complete ‘The Ritual’. I ran the first time with my husband. He was able to perform the ritual after we killed the boss. When I tried it went through the motions but never advanced. It still said complete the ritual. I have reset and even went solo to kill the boss. It never worked but I still had the heart gem. Then our world, Yinfu, merged with Zugen and the Heart gem disappeared. I have reset and went to talk to Yonas again, several times and nothing… no heart gem. I would appreciate the help to get this solved so I may continue playing!

OK please fix this. I dont care how but ive been stuck at level 25 for months because im trying to complete this stupid quest.

I did the quest one night and completed the ritual…then we had an update…next time i logged on I seemingly had to do the ritual again. But now it wont let me interact.

please fix otherwise im just giving up on this fucking game

super helpful but the issue remains?! This is an absolute joke! Genuinely just remove this stupid arse quest. I actually hate this game now. ive been stuck at 25 for ages and every other bugger has fucked off and left me in their dust.

Ashes of creation is starting to seem like it could have been a wiser choice.
