Yup same here, i have contacted amazon games directly, everyone should do so. That way we might be able to do something about this.

i’m literally about to quit this game over this. I’ve been waiting for over a week… since I submitted this and I know others thats been stuck with this for almost a month.
This needs more views, apparently devs don’t care enough to fix this.

I contacted the amazon customer support team I was told the dev team are aware of the issue and it will be fixed in the next patch.

Salut, pour tout le monde le soucis doit être que l’item de quête Joyau du coeur qui se drop à la fin de l’expédition Amrine n’est plus présent dans l’inventaire, d’où l’impossibilité d’activé l’autel.
J’ai aussi ce soucis depuis plus de 2 semaines et y’a rien a faire, a croire que les modérateurs et ceux censé faire passé le message s’en foutent.
Lors d’une note précédente ils recensaient le bug comme étant un problème d’activation de l’autel avant d’avoir tuer le boss, ce qui n’est pas du tout le cas ou du moins pas du tout le mien.
Cela a pour conséquences pour ma part d’avoir stop le jeu un peut par dégoût, de plus en voyant le nombre de sujets posté dans la section bugs et chaque patchs qui en apportent une flopée ça donne pas vraiment envie de poursuivre l’aventure, c’est dommage…

- Su quale server / mondo hai riscontrato il tuo problema: inizialmente “jotunheim”, attualmente dopo la fusione “Aepyornis”.
- Descrivi il problema che stai riscontrando: non riesco a finire la missione. Sono all’altare ho attivato con la gemma che avevo preso da Amrine ma non mi ha completato la quest e ora sono rimasto senza gemma e non riesco ad attivare il mozzo del focolare. Ho già provato a resettare la missione ma non riesco ancora ad attivare la gemma.

I have the same issue, even after resetting the quest and starting over. Very frustrating that I am stuck on the game’s main quest line. I hope this gets fixed soon!

Update: Mine just resolved on it’s own after I ignored the quest for a couple days, did other stuff, leveled up, and then tried again.
It is genuinely astonishing that a true progression bug like this hasn’t been addressed in any way. I want to progress my character forward, but it’s impossible.
Same with me just now. Exited to main menu. Didn’t work. Exited out to desktop and tried one but didn’t work so tried again right away and after I hit “E” to start the animation for it, I hit the “Window” logo on the keyboard to look at this thread and then when clicked back on the game it worked.
I was having trouble with this. I found out that you need to let the animation complete for the quest to get credit. do not move and it will work
Hi guys, the quest is still buggy but I managed to complete it anyway. My method was as follows: after killing the mini boss I put myself behind the altar to wait for him to come back to life, then without being noticed, I put myself on the right side of the altar and I let the animation do its job, then I completed the quest. I hope this helped. If you still can’t do it, look for some weird method to get it completed.
Hi! I had the same bug in my case i kill the guardian, then waited until respawn again, unpin the mision, make the task of use the altar and then when i pinned the mision again it get completed. Hope it work for someone else. May be unpinning and pinning again when done could work also.

I tried killing the mini boss, resetting the quest, killing the boss → standing behind trying to trigger animation, tried pinning and unpinning. Can’t figure this one out.
Same issue, but SUCCESS!!!
I was able to complete with the pinning unpinning as well. I did it about 4-5 times and kill the box 4x but it finally worked.
