But you forget that the whole CIS region speaks Russian. Such countries as Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova, Istonia, Azerbajan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Armenia, Turkmenistan. And these are only those countries that I could remember
I do not deny that English is already a world language, but what about those who do not know it, who know their national languages and the second language to study was Russian, not English

Have you not realised by now that game implemented ONLY Latin alphabet languages?
Russian, greek, arabic etc are not latin alphabet languages and are not in game as far as I can see.

The Russians would play on their own server, you would play on your own server and no one would touch each other. Yes, perhaps Russian hot-tempered people, but by this they do not become bad or aggressors as it is customary to say now

Yes, we just ask you to translate the Menu and quests into Russian (Cyrrilic, voice acting is optional)
So there was my answer to that - game implemented latin alphabet languages.
You need to make your mind up what you want - if you would ask for latin alphabet russian (which you claimed it would look funny but at least most of the world would get what you writing there) i think it would be in game by now (only my opinion). But if you asking for cyrrilic then they would have to bring greek, arabic etc and chat would end up in one big patterns.
Don’t get me wrong, I wish every language was represented. I’m originally from the historic Eastern Europe myself and it’s a running stereotype (with a lot of truth to it, sadly) that people like me fill up all the menial and/or underpaid positions in Western Europe. We are often looked down upon and rarely ever taken into consideration when people think of Europe.
So I’m surprised Amazon actually implemented a localization for a language from that part of Europe but not Russian at the same time. It seems oddly arbitrary.
I can only guess as it’s amazons game it doesn’t fit with their political views ( usa-russia relations ) but i hope i’m wrong here
They would have to add russian servers first, because as you said. Many russians don’t understand english.
To be honest, at least the German Translation is Bad too, most of us stick to the english client.
I hope this is not the case, because ordinary people / players should not suffer from the politics of our countries. You need to live in peace and as King Arthur once said we are all equal. 
Is there any news about the Russian translation or at least the interface without lags when Cyrillic is enabled in Windows?
Putin said who wanna live in russia who wanna deal in russia must learn russian language and respect russian laws. Well then who wanna play an english game must learn english (not to mention that using a pc, a smartphone, even watching movies it learn u english even if you dont want to learn it) so in 2021 since english is the most used lang worldwide i think any human must learn it.
P.S: I bet everysingle russian will know english before amazon will bring russian lang into the game.
