Open the trade post, click on any item to buy, hover your mouse over the orange question mark next to the price total. This cost breakdown shows a different value than what you actually pay.
In Example 1, Windsward has an 8.5% trading tax and I have a 5% territory standing bonus trade tax discount. Notice there are two different total prices. When I purchased, I ended up paying the $2984.77. The cost breakdown is calculating 2772.12 * 0.05 = 138.60.
Relogged and tried in Everfall which, on my server, has 7.87% tax with 19.1% standing bonus discount.
TLDR: This is not a game breaking bug. The calculations for the actual amount you pay are correct. If you want to see the exact price breakdown of your purchase, the UI does not display the correct values.
