Well mate all i gotta say is that the game has pvp and pve, so basically you gotta do both. If anyone does not want to do one find a game that has only the other side of the game

You make like 300 gold per game from OPR, which takes like 20 minutes. It would take around 100 hours of gameplay to make 100k and that assumes you are not spending any money on pots, food or honing stones.
You can make like 3k, at best, from the PvP track per level and each level takes about an hour unless you open world PvP. There are some levels where gold is not an option.
There are no other sources of income from PvPing (besides owning a city).
I will explain to you this forum users has a lot of knowledge issues but they dont dare to talk at all.
First you will build your system,do your jewel crafting to 200 get ur trophy and gears then u can snowball by simple selling the pvp perk mods. Now you might say that not everyone has trophy or etc,man this is a mmo not afucking moba u have to make system or do soemthing so u can earn from it.
You DO NOT have to pvp if you dont want to.
If you want to PvP and have good gear, you MUST pve.
It is not equal at all.

thats not true at all,as i’ve said most pvpers that I know has their bis gears from opr cache
I have opened like close to 1000 OPR caches and I use zero items from them.
I am well past pvp level 200 and I use 1 amulet from the PvP track.
That is it.
its your problem then huh? When I said my most loots were garbage u were daring to tell me that u do 300k week by loots. Same thing,you might do 300k week where as I cant even do 100k in 25 run.
Where as opr players that I know has resillient,shirking and freedom pieces from cache and u might not have it.
You can PvE for 15 hours a week, and make enough money to buy at least 1 BiS item a week.
You can play OPR, like in my case, for 300 hours (20 mins a game x 1000 games) and not get a single useful piece.
It is dramatically better to PvE and buy the gear you want than to hope you get BiS gear from OPR or the PvP track.
I haven’t seen a legendary item from the PvP track in weeks maybe even months.

Well its for you not for the people that I know.
At the end the discussion is silly, ags won’t bump the shard gains in opr… they don’t want, they don’t need. Only pvpers are mad witht the system. There is not repercursions. the unga crew is happy with their meta, etc etc. They won’t be losing 10k players for this shit, those are already gone and probably won’t be back.
Here the wish was expressed to make the pvp reward similar to the reward for pve.
Silly is that pve players start to discuss and try to explain that the desire is unjustified
go play rust if you want solely a pvp experience…

Before you said you were dabbling in STR,
I was gonna add and after doing all this one day you’re going
to realize along with the rest of us that melee weapons in general
can do everything mages can, but way more efficiently and just better.
