The weapons in this game will never be balanced, if AGS dont separate PVE and PVP values

We have a problem in this game with balance, weapons are absurd in certain contents (Hatchet in PVE) and others not so much (Greataxe in PVE), they all have their usefulness, they all are viable but if you really want to go beyond, you can’t use most of them. The same can be said about some ranged weapons that overdrive in PVP and are not efficient in PVE. Why does it happen? Because if AGS Buff Greataxe to be better in PVE it will be even more absurd in PVP where it already exceeds, I don’t care about pvp and I see my favorite weapons being held preventing me from having the performance I want and being forced to use the weapon to be giving cheese to mechanics.

It is necessary that they have separate values ​​for PVP and PVE for the most effective balance, so weapons that are our favorites can be used always. I dont wanna to have the need of using a Weapon that literally has 25% more damage in PVE content, I want to be able to use the weapon that i like in any circumstance and it can only be rached by having a diferent multiplier for PVE and PVP

Hatchet in PVE with light armour and str is one of the best !

I think that they’re working on Balancing PVP by normalizing damage for everyone. I saw things that made me think that.

We get maybe one to two big balance patches a year. Having them split into two versions would take it down to one. While I agree with your premise I don’t see it working.

I know im asking too much, it will be the fix but i too belive that AGS will not do it. Is too much work to make everything work in every content. And AGS still much work to do in many parts of the game, For me it is still in BETA.
