There exist no INT or CON Rapier legendary drops

ALL other weapons get better treatment and there are BIS named drops for all weapons except for Mages.

The only named Rapiers feature strength, focus and dexterity or a combination of these.
Mages are being left out big timem, not the first time.
There exists no usable legendary Rapier for us to farm. If you do consider this pls give us something viable:

I’d suggest an Intelligence or Constitution version of Sacred Woodsabre with Refreshing + Refreshing Move but “Omnidirectional Evade” replaced by a useful perk like Keen, Keenly Empowered/Jagged, Enchanted or Vicious.
No matter the difficulty, give us Rapier-using Mages something to farm for, show us some love and equal treatment.
