Yes, but it will waste money and will not give you, what you proclaim you want to achieve with PVP-servers. Even speaking about amazon, wasting money on PVP-servers is money not spend on measures that actually will improve PVP
I’m a software dev, honestly the talk of PvP servers requiring any kind of extensive development or costing money is absolute nonsense.
It’s a half hour job, and that’s being generous.

Only the part of scraching PVP-Toggle, but there are balancing-, progression- and story-issues to consider, too.
I will join the PvP server do not pick a faction and just make camp to watch the world burn with cries of abuse everywhere… will be fun.

Did you really buy this game so at level 60 you can kill people who are whacking rocks? Like open world pvp in this game is just pointless. The only reason to engage in it is to have a zerg fest or to bully low level players for picking your flowers.

they are wasting tons of money hosting empty servers right now.
