Dynasty is level 55 content, more or less. I may have missed it, but are the devs adding a new route to bypass the level 66 elite zone to get to Dynasty Shipyard?
There already is a route to bypass it
You can run along the beach to the south. You can get past the world boss on the beach without aggro’ing it if you hug the side of the mountain.
I guess if you bypass it by any means you are exploiting the game.
You just need a 5 people group to get to it. It will be better, because it will encourage people to group up before the expedition! /s
In addition to the other replies, Forbidden Ritual (south of Palace) is turning into a Fast Travel point.
