They finally are ditching Tuning Orbs? Might be coming back, need suggestion for build

Hi there,

Thinking of coming back now that they are finally ditching tuning orbs (I hope that dev got fired who kept insisting on it).

What’s a good solo friendly build, that can have some utility in group. Was thinking Lifestaff something (void/ice?), or Sword and Shield, and something, but I haven’t played in a long time.

Curious if anyone has a really great solo pve friendly build and guide, that also can be useful in group play.

Lifestaff void gauntlet could be fun, VG scales 65% of focus and 100% int.

I am seeing some says they want to Sword and Shield with a lifestaff as well. Split stats are being adapted so you can have better build diversity as well so I say find the weapon you like most and look for a good pair with it.

LS vg is probably the easiest go to if you want to get into dungeons generally.

the easiet way to level up though from 1-60 is probably GA/WA

or just anything STR.

Spear/Blunderbuss with 300STR/100DEX/100CON is also really good for solo and group Play.

Try to get a Spear with Trenchant Recovery, get Perforate/Skewer/Sweep perks.

BB with ASB/Clawshot/Splitting Grenades will help with movement and some AoE burst.

double downed perforate fortification is going to be nice

Same, I’ll be making a return for the update. I am currently trying to choose between axe throw meme build, flamethrower, or healer. I previously mained BB in PvE before it got nerfed due to PvP.

Axe throw as in hatchet? If so, you will be pleased to hear that the hatchet is a fucking menace on the PTR right now lol.

Indeed, I saw all of the buffs to hatchet throwing in the patch notes. I’m curious if it works out in PvE.
