The title says it all, the reason for this is your bad customer service and lack of communication with your customers.
I got this game first week it came out, had so much fun and it looked promising, with all the crap and game broken bugs at the start I stayed and played through it all until the 1.0.4 update, from day one to that patch on November I was playing with 60 MS but since that patch my game is always above 230 which is not playable but for over a month now I managed to playing with that shit ping hoping that you guys will do something but all that for nothing
I tried everything
all the troubleshooting you and other sites provided
reinstalled the game
reinstalled windows
changed my internet
I have done everything I could think of Nothing is working
I opened a ticket at the start of December and I’m still waiting for a solution to my problem

The problem is obviously a routing issue after that patch.
You should ask from players to submit tracert reports so you could relay that information with the DC to establish what routes are being taken and work to have them redirected,
over a month now and still waiting, no response or any new information.
I’m not alone in this but since it is not effecting the majority of your player base you do not care
here are some others with same problem as me
on character menu it says that I should get 60 ping in EU servers however when I click play in game it shows I have 230+ ping

and for the record black listing AGS for future games or whatever they come up with
We are sorry to know about your issue with the game. I totally understand your frustration, it’s sad when that game you really want to play just doesn’t work. Some servers are having some issues with ping and latency. This can be caused by multiple variables and the dev team is working hard to locate the root cause and solve the issue as soon as possible.
I know the game is unplayable for you right now but I hope once we can fix the issue you can come back and enjoy the game like you used to do.
Not only for him. Server lag spikes every 5 s up to 1000 ms. I have low latency symmetrical fiber 2000/2000 MBPs on most games I have lag below 15 ms. Only New World is 60-100 ms.
Not sure who flagged your previous post but in my opinion it was fine. You are free to openly share your frustration with the current issues the game has in a respectful manner.
Regarding the lack of a solution to the high latency issues the team is aware of the issue and working to pinpoint the cause of the issue. We don’t have any updates on any fixes yet. For the mean time using a VPN might help giving your connection to our servers a better routing than provided by your ISP, helping with the latency and lag spikes.
