It has actually happened to me twice. Started with Laura ana, ended up with some guy who said his name was different from the display name, then back to Laura ana (and this was after insisting I speak with a supervisor for the shitty customer service.) The first conversation she left me without reply for 30 minutes before I messaged asking if she was still present. She said yes, there must have been a disconnect but she was there, then she suddenly left chat. I ended up with a new guy relayed my problem then at the end I asked to speak with his supervisor regarding the person prior and was told he was the end of the line for me and there was no one else I could speak with. I asked for his special identifier and that of the chat we were having and wouldn’t you know he left the chat!! Only to be connected once again to the first person. Who I explained everything too and she was overly apologetic and went above and beyond blah blah… still had the nerve to ask if I was still there after 1 min of idle conversation. I told her she could wait since I had to wait 30 mins for her previously. Their customer service is an absolute joke.

JFC… let the CS reps take 30m-1hour out of their work day everyday as part of their mandatory (PAID) routine to know what the game is so that they can represent your company better… why is that such a challenge?! I remember my first job in the early 90’s (I’m a relic) working at RadioShack (that’s a brick and mortar store that sold Walkman’s, electronic equipment, and crippling depression for you youngsters). Anyways; we would have to do mandatory research on everything that was sold in the store. …IN SHORT: YOUR CSRs SHOULD PLAY THE GAME THEY ANSWER SERVICE INQUIRIES FOR ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

I agree, it should be a requirement. I made a forum on here about a glitch with my character that happens EVERY time I cast an ability. Well apparently one of the ppl monitoring these forums thought I was talking about fishing b/c I used the word Cast and referred me to a known problem forum about fishing >.> Joke… absolutely a joke.

What is wrong with people on this forum that makes them keep posting screenshots of conversations where they make an absolute ass out of themselves and then expect to be celebrated for it? Like, you gotta be self-aware enough to know that the staff is not the one embarrassing themselves here, right?

Are you even playing the game if you can’t even manage to craft your own arrows?

At the time i didn’t have azoth to fast travel back to where all my mats were so I was stuck, since then Ive crafted some arrows but not any good ones lol

I hate to be “that person”, but walk back to a settlement gathering mats as you go. Check the interactive map to see what’s in the territory you’re in.

If you’re playing bow or musket, you should have small amounts of crafting mats in the territories you mainly visit just for emergencies.
