I think the same about people who buy gold on third party websites, I don’t understand why they do it, but they do it anyway, so your reasoning is very poor as you can see and applicable to everything, the same for people who buy m10 content for quick snippets lol i dont get it but they do. What is being discussed is not that people do it, what is being discussed is that there are people who sell game content for game resources, when that game content should be for the players themselves (whether they want to or not, free choice , but they can do it if they want)

Does that matter? Are you seriously asking that bullshit? What matters is to participate to have fun in a content of the game itself restricted to X people because it is poorly planned, unlike AoC where everyone will be able to participate in the defense of the cities. It does not change anything that they are attack or defense, they are slots for content, does it matter if someone is a dps, healer or bruiser when they are going to buy gold from external pages or when they are going to pay a mutate only for the fragments?

This is also happening to my server and feels like theres no response at all from the Devs
The reason I asked is that someone selling defensive slots is an idiot…or planning tonthrow the war anyways. Because players could buy the slots and the sabotage the defensive effort. Which is what i would do if this bothered me personally.

Very few sane people play New World. Even less sane people PvP in New World. Hence why 3v3s take like 30 minutes or more for a match to pop. And OPR only have enough interest to fill one match at a time. I think New World is ranked like…
Which is pretty sad once you figure out New World is a Steam exclusive.

Ive been gaming for over 35 years. I don’t think I have ever seen a game mishandled as bad as NW has been. Every single aspect of this game has been mishandled, bad decisions, bugged, and exploited to death.

Please do not pass feedback up the chain for this particular incident! This may well happen on other servers, who knows, but in this scenario it was just a joke. Please reach out to me if you need any evidence, we have screenshots and recordings of the war in question to prove that all slots in our group were filled by our usual members and friends (the war itself wasn’t even our war).
This thread is a knee jerk reaction to a meme and should be closed before it escalates further.

Every system in this game is designed around the haves vs the have nots. Kind of feels like a pilot program for future Amazon cities.
You see this from the gathering nodes.
You see this from the gear grind.
And the faction / war system.
Even opr and 3v3 is designed for premades to feast on pugs.
There is very little thought put into this game OTHER than “how can we reward the no lifers and war loggers”.

What i expected was the case.
Welcome to real life and the underlying design of mmorpgs for over two decades.
You dont have it until you earn it. When you put in the same effort as everyone else ahead of you unlike in real life you join the haves.
