I agree. This is totally annoying and gets in the way of quick salvaging. IDK why they ever thought this should be right in the middle on top of the icons you’re trying to salvage. Please move it.

There should be an option to disable popups and flavor text on command. Sometimes when salvaging I run into the issue of having to move my mouse away and returning after the text disappears to keep salvaging.

Totally pointless. I agree.
Even if it was not persistently on top, and vanished as soon as you hover over the next item that would be ok.
