They’re punishing people for the dupes, cheating, and exploits. But since it takes time and money to find them all, they’re just putting us all in lead shoes so the rest show up better on analysis.
Clearly, this offering is a loss-leader for Lost Ark at this point.
I genuinely have empathy/sympathy for the absolutely fried folks sitting in AGS chairs.
But absolutely no reserve of confidence or trust left… mostly waiting to see if they actually pull out or wind up another ugly amoeba pattern on the industry mountainside.
I’m guessing this was a bug, as its different from other trade skills.
The devs should have mentioned the crafting changes in the ptr notes, and asked people to test it/review it. just looking at the charts people should have realized this was different.
There needs to be a DEV comment on whether this intended or not ASAP, and what will be done about it. @Kay@Luxendra@ApricotScarf.
Jewelcrafting Max exp changed
jewelcrafting exp for items the same
this is major change in jewelcrafting progress, and will effect all jewelcrafters leveling until its dealt with.
They got their hands full from accidentally disappearing everyone’s harvesting gear atm, besides this is 1000% intended there’s no fix coming, ever. At this point I trust my neighbour’s 3 year old to have more common sense than the people making decisions for this game.
The jewelcrafting nerf is really punishing to players who had yet to max out this profession. Seemingly, those players to have already maxed this out completely dodged all the extra time and cost that needs to be invested now. It is especially frustrating, considering that crafting is probably my favorite part of the game. I am sitting at level 180 and the thought of leveling it now it totally disheartening.
Hey Don’t insult Forever early access games. 7 days to die is one of the best games I ever played… This seems almost as bad as a chronicles of eleryia, lol. However AGS did release a game.
Please please please revert this nerf, no one asked for it, JC is already a pain enough to level up. 700 pristine gems is really hard to come by and now you’re telling us we need DOUBLE???
AGS, company jewelcrafters were probably 90-95% of the people able to hit 200 before the patch. By doing this, you are giving them a massive advantage and actually creating a barrier to entry for smaller players. If you had to adjust the scaling of the profession, why would you not adjust down the people who got 200 JC by the same factor of the nerf? That really seems like the only fair way to do it…
This is actually a good point. I’ve always favored subscription games, because if you are unhappy you take your money with you. Not resubbing to their mother company could have the same result. Let me think on this one a bit.
