Thought I got a groupinvite and lost all the gold on my company

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing: Tonight I just lost all the gold stored in my gold company because I accepted another guild’s invite by mistake. I pressed F1 in a rush thinking it was a groupinvite but ended up accepting the other company’s invite. Long story short, lost the 800 to 900k gold I had in that company, no warning that my guild would be disbanded or the gold lost whatsoever…

thank you for the fast response

as soon as i remember it was not possible to leave the company as a gov when you did not delete it in the guild menu

You can also not transfer from the server if you are the gov of a company or salvage a legendary item by accident which you get a ton of

I think this can happen to everyone in a rush so I am curious if there is any chance to get the hard earned gold back or if it is just best to deal with it as fast as I can
I am also considering quitting at this point because this is not a 1 week progress, it took me months and in a matter of seconds it is all gone

So I contacted the live support for new world yesterday and he told me, he forwaded my case to the technical support, now I got an answer that I am facing problems with lost ark? I dont play lost ark and never did

I need help with new world, what shall I do?
