Thoughts on 10k umbral to upgrade trophies? (+6 each for 598-600)

Two twenty minute M10 lazs?

Maybe like 100k umbral shards

but 12k shards in 45 minutes is ez

the market for alot of the trophy materials has already bottomed out except for a few of them, why make it worse?

They just need to make the 600gs patterns found in arena tradable instead of bind on pick up crafting already got killed by tempest heart loot and the only good thing for crafting gets BoP thats just wrong

For people that get to m10. Not a lot of people are at m10. I agree with you, but let’s just say someone just hit 60, that’s a long road to 10k shards. And you’d have to do 3. I agree with you, but at the same time, thats saying lemme get +3 minimum to crafting after getting to 625. You know? Ontop of the clothes.

Nah. They provide small or unique bonuses to people who want to go all in on certain specializations. Certain things should be rare or else everyone can have and do everything.

The idea that who has access to what being decided by RNG or gold rather than player-ability is just bad design unless you’re trying to grift sheep for real life money.

So what do i get if i put in the time ,effort, and gold to get Major trophies if you make it easy mode?

i wouldn’t even say it takes all that much effort. just time and luck to run back and forth doing chest runs for trophy mats or finding big ticket items to sell.

i wouldnt mind however the ability to slap a bunch of purple trophy mats into a bigger one using umbral shards as glue though.

You also might as well just kill funiture as a crafting option. Getting to 200 for furniture is extremely costly and time consuming. Unlike other crafting options you make zero profits except for trophies. High end furniture sits on the market.

im litterally 200 furnishing.

not one damn person cares about us until they need us and its usually free.

all the other furniture doing absolutely nothing but peacocking housing scores means we are not valuable at all.

I link the idea and any idea like it that pushes the convoluted luck mechanic that uses multiple RNG’s with grossly extreme ranges down in importance. I mean even to get the mid ranged trophy parts is off the charts stupidly hard.

It’s not just RNG. It’s multiple nested RMG’s with extreme ranges. The luck mechanic needs to be completely stripped from code and flushed into the nearest sewer of bad ideas.

You can simply spend an hour and run tempest twice and get close to BiS items in two runs.

If you gotta spend 30k umbral to get 598-600 you think it’ll turn the game easy mode?

I’m literally getting 95% BiS from dungeons. I have almost no crafted gear on anymore. Only thing I do is craft gear with perk mods for my weapons. Thats it. There is no more rolling RNG for freedom, resilient, refreshing.

Freedom refreshing is on raider gear. Sagacious gear is healing gear that can take you anywhere, conquerors is decent tank gear and I haven’t looked at Intel gearsets but I’m sure they’re solid.

30k umbral for 598-600 seems fair to me.
